IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“BSLPL”), the developer of NPAV antivirus and related security products (“Software”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

BSLPL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Software on the device(s) for which you have purchased a license.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Agreement, including Biz Secure Lab’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software. Unauthorized sharing, resale, rental, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

BSLPL may provide updates, upgrades, or patches to the Software at its sole discretion. Technical support is provided according to BSLPL’s support policies.

5. PAYMENT AND LICENSE TERM

Your license is effective from the date of purchase and remains valid for the duration specified in your purchase confirmation unless terminated earlier under this EULA. All purchase prices are due as specified at checkout.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Your use of the Software may involve collection and processing of certain technical and personal data required to provide services. Your data is handled according to BSLPL’s Privacy Policy.

7. TERMINATION

BSLPL may terminate this Agreement and your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from all devices.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSLPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software, including data loss, system failure, or security breach.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BSLPL regarding your use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
